How to Start Posting Content Before You're Ready

What I wish I’d known sooner.

Almost every founder and creator I know delays posting for the same reason: they don’t feel ready yet.

Six months ago, I realized I was doing the exact same thing.

I’d run social for brands before, but this time I was gearing up to put my own work out into the world. Posting meant putting my ideas, opinions, and early missteps in public — and there’s something uniquely uncomfortable (and very personal) about pressing “post” when there’s no logo to hide behind.

I won’t pretend that a few early missteps suddenly turned into effortless virality.

That’s rarely how it works.

But there are specific things I did — and patterns I noticed across other founders and creators — that helped me grow from 0 to 45k without waiting to feel “ready.”

So if you’re on the fence about posting, or you keep telling yourself you’ll start once everything’s perfect, here’s what I wish I’d known sooner.
